Q1: Can the automatic sleep mode of the mouse and keyboard be turned off?

A1: To better protect the battery. After they stop working, the mouse will enter sleep mode within the 120s  the keyboard will enter sleep mode within the 90s. This mode cannot be turned off.

Q2: How to turn off the backlight of the product?

A2: Press the key on the left side of M1 on the top of the numeric keypad to turn off the keyboard backlight. And long press the transparent white button in the top of the mouse to turn of/on the mouse backlight. (Please note: the backlight of the mouse cannot be turned off in the old version)

Q3: Why does the No. 1 light on the top of the keyboard keep flashing? And the keyboard turns to lag.

A3: This means the keyboard is low on power, and it can be charged through the included Type-C charging cable or any Type-C data cable.

Q4: Can the keyboard/mouse be connected to the computer with a Type-C data cable?

A4: The product is controlled through the included USB dongle and cannot be linked using any data cable.

Q5: What type of batteries do the keyboard and mouse need?

A5: This wireless keyboard and mouse combo has a built-in rechargeable battery, you don't need to buy any batteries. It can be charged through the Type-C data cable.

Q6: How to change the backlight mode of the keyboard

A6: You can change the keyboard backlight mode by tapping the M1, M2, and M3 buttons on the top of the rightmost numeric keyboard. Press M2 repeatedly to adjust the monochrome backlight of the keyboard.
