Q1: How do you connect this keyboard to two separate computers? It only comes with one BT dongle?

A1:That is not a BT dongle. It’s a 2.4G wireless receiver that is for the plug and play connection this keyboard offers. In addition to this, you can separately pair via BT to two other devices. The wireless keyboard can only be used on one device at a time but can be connected to three devices simultaneously. You decide which of the three devices you want to type on by pressing one of the three buttons at the top right corner.

Q2:Is this keyboard a good choice for someone with arthritis & fibromyalgia pain in arms and hands/fingers?

A2:This Bluetooth keyboard is designed with upgraded scissor mechanism and membrane keys. It can make typing quieter and more responsive. Many people said it is comfortable.

Q3:How long does the battery last with the backlight on?

A3:The backlight doesn't stay on all the time. Only for a set time after key presses. If you're constantly typing... it'll stay on.... but to give you an idea, I work 13 hour shifts, 4 days a week, and use it multiple times an hour probably totaling 20 minutes in an hour .. and I turn it off between shifts... and I have to charge it about every two weeks... if that helps.

Q4:Can I set or change the backlight time for this keyboard so it doesn’t go off so quickly?

A4:Sadly no

Q5:Did anyone else get this keyboard with keys falling off? They pop right back on but every other time i set down the keyboard down it seems lose a few

A5:This has not happened to me yet but I do have duplicate keys on my keyboard. I have 2 (7) on the keyboard. Some of the keys on this keyboard is not functioning like they should and I guess I need to return for a replacement. My windows key in combination with the (L) does not lock my computer.
